DuPont plans to expand semiconductor facility in Delaware, US
The company will receive a grant of USD1.6 million by the state's Strategic Fund
DuPont Semiconductor Technologies, unit of DuPont Electronics & Industrial has announced that it has planned an USD50 million expansion for its semiconductor-related business site in Glasgow Delaware, US, according to a report published by Delaware Business Now on 22 August.
