BorgWarner acquires Rhombus Energy Solutions, expands EV charging portfolio
Rhombus supplies its patented technology to EV OEMs, including Proterra, and charging and grid service providers
Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain components and electric mobility solutions, BorgWarner Inc. announced on 3 August 2022 that the company has acquired California-headquartered Rhombus Energy Solutions for USD185 million.
