GaN Systems, PowerSphyr partner to develop in-cabin wireless charging solutions
Partnership enables end-to-end automotive interior wireless charging solutions
Gallium nitride (GaN) power semiconductors company GaN Systems has announced that it partnered with PowerSphyr Inc. to develop portfolio of end-to-end wireless power solutions that include 30-W 100-W, and 500-W for industrial and automotive applications worldwide, it said in a press release on 5 July.
