Meta Materials acquires nanocomposites specialist Optodot for USD48 million
The Canadian company will help develop, license, and scale-up manufacturing of Optodot’s nano-composite ceramic battery separator technology.
Canadian nanotechnology research company Meta Materials announced via press release on 17 June that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets and intellectual property (IP) of American nanocomposites company Optodot.
