GM’s BrightDrop acquires technology startup Marain’s AI software to help customer fleet operations
Marain cofounders Scott and Colin Sheppard will join BrightDrop to handle data science and machine-learning responsibilities
BrightDrop has entered into an agreement with Marain, a California-based technology startup, to purchase its fleet optimization software, according to a press release on 10 June 2022.
