In-house development of laser headlamps to accelerate domestic lighting technology capabilities
South Korean researchers from the Korea Photonics Technology Institute (KOPTI) have developed in-house laser LED hybrid headlamps capable of reaching a maximum beam of 600 meters in the form of a 3-watt laser diode (LD) combined with an LED headlamp, Kurdo reported on 12 June.
