Stellantis to suspend production at Italy’s Melfi plant over semiconductor shortage
The production halt impacts 7,000 plant workers
Carmaker Stellantis plans to suspend operations at its key Melfi plant in southern Italy from 6 to 11 June due to shortages of various parts, including semiconductors shortage, according to a report published by Reuters on 1 June 2022.
