Huayou to accelerate development of Arcadia lithium mine with USD300 million investment
The company intends to produce 400,000 tons of lithium concentrate a year from the Zimbabwe mine from 2023
News agency Reuters reported on 24 May that mainland Chinese lithium-ion (Li-ion) battery materials producer Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt will be investing USD300 million to accelerate development of its newly acquired Arcadia lithium mine in Zimbabwe.
