Renesas to restart operation at Japanese factory to boost power semiconductor production
To revive its Kofu Factory as a 300mm wafer fab dedicated to power semiconductors
Renesas Electronics, a supplier of semiconductor solutions has announced that it will conduct a JPY90 billion worth of investment in its Kofu Factory, located in Kai City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, according to a press release on 17 May 2022.
