The CPUC approved pilot programs are aimed at ensuring that EV charging does not stress the state’s power grid in peak times

In an attempt to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption among the citizens, the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has approved three vehicle-grid integration (VGI) pilot programs for Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), CPUC said in an official statement released on 5 May 2022.
