Wolfspeed to supply Rhombus Energy Solutions with silicon carbide-based EV charging products
Bi-directional charging allows the integration of power storage and non-grid renewable energy sources
Rhombus Energy, an electric vehicle (EV) charging, and power conversion technology company has announced that Wolfspeed will use Silicon Carbide MOSFETs in its EV2flexTM charging infrastructure solutions, resulting in increased efficiency, higher power density, and quicker charging times, according to a press release on 10 May 2022.
