Solvay expands its composite materials portfolio Solvalite for producing auto components
New composites offer fast curing abilities for high-volume automotive applications
Specialty materials company Solvay announced via press release on 2 May that it has expanded its automotive portfolio with the introduction of SolvaLite 714 Prepregs, a unidirectional carbon-fiber and woven-fabric product pre-impregnated with SolvaLite 714 epoxy resin for use in components such as body panels among others.
