Plastic Omnium acquires Varroc’s automotive lighting business
Acquisition will further enable Plastic Omnium to strengthen its foothold in the lighting segment
Plastic Omnium has acquired Varroc’s automotive lighting business, Varroc Lighting Systems (VLS) for EUR600 million (USD635.43 million), according to a press release published by Plastic Omnium on 29 April.
