Wolfspeed opens 200mm silicon carbide fabrication facility in US
Manufacturing capacity will be increased by the addition of the New York fab to address the growing demand for Silicon Carbide devices in automotive applications
Wolfspeed, a semiconductor manufacturer, opened its Mohawk Valley Silicon Carbide fabrication facility in Marcy, New York, according to an official press release on 25 April 2022.
