Memory solutions specialist KIOXIA begins construction of new fabrication facility in Japan
The plant will expand the production of its proprietary 3D flash memory BiCS FLASH memory
Japan-based memory solutions provide KIOXIA held a ceremony for its new semiconductor fabrication facility (fab2) at its Kitakami plant in Iwate Prefecture, Japan, according to an official press release on 6 April 2022.
