BorgWarner had signed an equity transfer agreement with Santroll to acquire the company for about USD220 million in February 2022
Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain technologies and electric mobility solutions BorgWarner has completed its acquisition of China’s Santroll Automotive Components, the company updated on 1 April 2022.
