SSW Partners completes acquisition of auto part supplier Veoneer
Qualcomm expects to close the acquisition of Arriver business from SSW Partners on 4 April 2022
The US-based investment partnership SSW Partners has concluded the acquisition of automotive parts supplier Veoneer for USD37 per share in an all-cash transaction of USD4.6 billion worth of equity, according to a press release on 1 April.
