Lucid selects ROHM’s SiC MOSFETs for Lucid Air EV
ROHM's SCT3040K and SCT3080K SiC MOSFETs reduces size and power losses, resulting in high charging efficiency
ROHM Semiconductor has announced that Lucid has selected its silicon carbide metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (SiC MOSFET) to power its Lucid Air electric vehicle (EV), according to a company press release on 8 March.
