COVID-19: Thyssenkrupp closes facility in Shanghai until 6 April to comply with local regulations
The plant assembles production lines for automotive components, including powertrains and batteries
German conglomerate Thyssenkrupp AG, which is also a supplier of automotive parts such as steering systems, dampers, camshafts, chassis and body-in-white (BIW), has closed its facility in Shanghai until 6 April 2022 to comply with the locally enforced covid-19 restrictions, according to a Reuters report filed on 29 March 2022.
