Otonomo to acquire connected insurance tech firm The Floow
The deal is worth about USD69 million
Otonomo Technologies has announced an agreement to acquire The Floow in a cash and stock deal worth about USD69 million, including a performance based earnout of up to USD37.5 million, a company press release dated 28 February read.
