BorgWarner to acquire China’s Santroll Automotive Components for over USD220 million
Based in Tianjin, China, Santroll designs and manufactures hairpin and concentrated-winding technology eMotors for use in light vehicles
Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain technologies and electric mobility solutions BorgWarner has signed an equity transfer agreement with China’s Santroll Electric Auto and Santroll Automotive Components to acquire Santroll Automotive Components for CNY1.4 billion (USD220.65 million), the company said on 15 February 2022.
