Hyundai’s St-Petersburg factory was shut down on 1 March 2022 owing to acute supply chain problems

South Korean carmaker Hyundai Motor has cancelled its plans to resume operations at its factory in Russia due to persisting supply disruptions amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict, according to a news report filed by Yonhap News on 8 March 2022.
