Toyota to invest USD90 million in two US plants to add hybrid transaxle production capacity
Toyota allots USD73 million to its West Virginia based plant and USD17 million to its Tennessee unit
To keep up with the increasing demand for electric vehicles, Toyota plans to invest USD90 million across two of its US-based production plants located in West Virginia and Tennessee, the company announced on 11 February 2022.
