Bridgestone invests USD71 million to increase tire production capacity at Japanese plants

The capacity expansions will increase tire production by 6,200 units per day by 2025

Japanese auto parts manufacturer Bridgestone announced via press release on 3rd February that it will investing approximately JPY8.2 billion (USD71 million) to expand the production capacity of premium tyres for passenger cars at its Tochigi, Hikone, Hofu, and Tosu plants in Japan.
