Honeywell and FREYR collaborate on automation, next-generation battery cells
Honeywell will purchase 19-GWh of battery cells produced by FREYR from 2023 through 2030
Honeywell and FREYR Battery have signed an agreement wherein FREYR will leverage Honeywell’s technology offerings, including integrated automation, field instrumentation and security integration solutions in its manufacturing process and Honeywell will purchase 19 GWh of battery cells produced by FREYR from 2023 through 2030, the companies said on 19 January 2022.
