Class-action lawsuit filed against Ferrari and Bosch over braking system defect
The lawsuit is in response to the plaintiff’s 488 GTB failing to brake on his driveway and eventually driving into a pond behind his residence.
Italian automaker Ferrari and German auto parts manufacturer Bosch have been named as defendants in a class-action Motor Vehicle Prod. Liability lawsuit filed on the 30 December in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey by a plaintiff by the name of Jeffrey Rose.
