Reliance New Energy Solar to acquire Faradion for an enterprise value of more than USD135 million
Reliance New Energy Solar Ltd (RNESL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd., has signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% shareholding in sodium-ion battery technology company Faradion Limited for an enterprise value of GBP100 million (over USD135.2 million), the company said on 31 December 2021.
