Hyundai shuts down its engine development team amid focus on electric cars
The company has officially stated that it will no longer release new models powered by ICEs
According to a press release published on BusinessKorea on 24 December, Hyundai Motor Group abruptly closed the Engine Development Center at its R&D Headquarters. It has officially stated that it will no longer release new models powered by internal combustion engines (ICEs).
