Stanley’s VCSEL module complies with the automotive quality standard AEC-Q102
Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. announced that the company has started mass production and shipment of a high-power infrared vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL), the company said in a press release on 27 December.
