Farasis Energy and TOGG form a JV to develop and manufacture EV batteries
Both the companies plan to own an equal stake in the new joint venture, which will be named as SIRO
EV battery supplier Farasis Energy and Turkey-based mobility service provider TOGG have signed up to form a joint venture to develop and produce energy storage solutions for electric mobility and beyond, the company said in a press release on 30 November 2021.
