Faurecia to secure 79.5% of HELLA upon completion of takeover
Faurecia to implement strategy and growth plans for accelerating value creation from day 1 after takeover
Faurecia will hold 79.5% of the shares in Hella upon completion of the takeover, it said in a press release on 16 November. The deal translates into an investment of almost USD6 billion (EUR5.3 billion) that allows Faurecia to attain financial flexibility.
