ECARX 7nm auto chip achieves tape-out, mass production starts 2022
ECARX and SiEngine Technology aim to cooperate with more automakers and suppliers after DragonHawk 1 debut
According to an Autotech press release dated 10 November, SiEngine Technology, a joint venture between Geely-backed ECARX and Arm China, celebrated the successful tape-out of the company's self-developed 7-nanometer (nm) auto-grade System-on-Chips (SoC), the DragonHawk One.
