Kongsberg Automotive announces divestment of Light-Duty Cables business to Suprajit Engineering Limited
The acquisition of the light duty cables is valued at EUR37.7 million (USD43.5 million)
Kongsberg Automotive ASA (Kongsberg Automotive) has signed an agreement for sale of its light-duty cables (LDC) business unit to Suprajit Engineering Limited (Suprajit), it said in a press release on 28 October.
