GM projects USD20–25 billion annual software and services revenue opportunities by 2030
The automaker expects a combination of hardware and software platforms will create growth opportunities
General Motors (GM) is aiming at boosting its revenues through new software-enabled services, the automaker said during a discussion with investors earlier this month, GM leaders described how the company's Ultium and Ultifi platforms underpin the company's growth strategy in this decade.
