Qualcomm, SSW Partners to buy Veoneer in USD4.5 billion deal
The agreement trumps a prior agreement with the Canadian supply giant
According to an official press release dated 4 October, chipmaker Qualcomm Inc. and SSW partners have agreed to buy Swedish automotive technology group Veoneer for USD4.5 billion, Veoneer announced on Monday.
