Hyundai, LG Energy begin construction of EV battery cell plant in Indonesia
Hyundai and LG Energy to invest a total of USD1.1 billion into the JV, with each owning a 50% stake
Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution Ltd. have commenced the construction of their electric vehicle (EV) battery cell manufacturing facility in Indonesia, the carmaker announced on 15 September.
