Xiaomi Corp announced business registration of Xiaomi EV Company Ltd with an initial capital of USD1.5 billion
Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi Corporation has completed the business registration of its electric vehicle (EV) unit - Xiaomi EV Company Limited, it said in a blog post on its website on 1 September. The new entity is set up with a registered capital of CNY10 billion (USD1.5 billion), the company said.
