Continental is working on making cars safer by using signals from connected control units to implement new functions that allow airbags to deploy earlier and more precisely

Continental AG announced in an official press release dated August 26 that it has produced over 350 million airbag control units (ACUs) and is developing new functions to further optimise the protective effect of airbags in automobiles.
