Volkswagen recalls 45,496 vehicles in US due to seatbelt issue
Rear seat belt automatic locking retractors may deactivate early, which can prevent the child restraint system from securing properly
Volkswagen Group of America is recalling 45,496 vehicles over seat belt locking retractor malfunction, according to a filing on the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website on 5 August.
