Lear plans to open seat manufacturing facility in Detroit, US
Southfield-based company will manufacture seats for General Motors Co.'s EVs
According to a press release published on the Detroit News on 6 August, Lear Corporation will operate a seat manufacturing facility on the site of the former Cadillac Stamping Plant on Detroit's east side, creating "hundreds of new jobs," officials said Friday.
