Infineon signs supply contract with Showa Denko for silicon carbide
SiC is used to produce efficient and robust power semiconductors
German chipmaker Infineon has concluded a supply contract as per a press release on the company website dated 6 May with the Japanese wafer manufacturer Showa Denko K.K. for an extensive range of silicon carbide material (SiC), including epitaxy.
