ACQUISITION: Rusal acquires German supplier Aluminium Rheinfelden
Takeover is subject to approval by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the German Federal Cartel Office
Rusal has acquired business and assets of Germany-based aluminum producer Aluminium Rheinfelden out of insolvency, the company announced in a press release on 11 February.
