Kandi receives certification for K23 electric model in California
The company had already received CARB’s approval for its K27 model last month
Kandi America, the US subsidiary of Kandi Technologies Group Inc., has announced that it has received a certification from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) for its electric model, the K23.
