State Grid to build 300,000 EV charging stations in mainland China

China had 1.42 million EV charging stations as of September 2020

The State Grid Corporation of China is planning to install additional 300,000 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across mainland China, Yicai Global reported on 20 November citing CNR News. The new charging stations will support rising growth of EVs in the world’s largest automotive market.
