Volvo Cars files patent application for sliding steering wheel
Swedish carmaker seems to have designed the new steering wheel keeping in mind the requirements for highly automated driving vehicles in future
In September, Volvo Cars filed a patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (US PTO) for a drive-by-wire steering wheel that slides from one side of the cabin to another side, the Business Insider reported on 8 October citing Rivian Owners Forum as source.
