Velodyne, Graf Industrial complete merger
Company becomes public with its shares start trading NASDAQ
Velodyne Lidar and Graf Industrial Corp. (Graf) have closed their previously announced business combination, pursuant to which Velodyne became a wholly owned subsidiary of Graf and Graf changed its name to Velodyne Lidar, Inc., Velodyne said in a press release on 29 September.
