Xilinx to power Subaru’s new-generation EyeSight driver assistance system
Japanese automaker debuted the new-generation EyeSight in the new Subaru Levorz mid-size car
Subaru has selected Xilinx’s technology to power its next-generation EyeSight driver assist system, Xilinx said in a press release on 19 August. According to Xilinx, its automotive-qualified (XA) Zynq UltraScale+ multiprocessor system-on-chip (MPSOC) 16 nanometer technology provides high-performance, ultra-low latency, and functional safety capabilities that EyeSight requires to accurately depict and react dynamic driving scenarios.
