Mobileye partners with transport company WILLER to launch robo-taxi service in Japan, Southeast Asia
Mobileye and WILLER aim to launch fully autonomous ride-hailing and ride-sharing mobility services in Japan in 2023
Mobileye has partnered with Japan-based transport company WILLER to launch autonomous robotaxi service in Japan and markets across Southeast Asia, including Taiwan, the Israel-based company said in a press release on 7 July. Under the partnership, Mobileye will supply autonomous vehicles integrating its self-driving system and WILLER will offer services adjusted to each region and user teste, ensure regulatory framework and provide mobility services operations for fleet operation companies.
