Japan Display plans to bring some automotive panel production back to Japan after novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic disrupted its supply chain, Reuters reported the Japanese display company saying on 10 July. As part of the plan, Japan Display will increase production at its Tottori plant in western Japan to supply automotive display panels to Japanese OEMs.
