Company’s board approves group reorganization plan
The Board of Directors of Motherson Sumi Systems Limited (MSSL) approved 2 July a draft composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement among MSSL, a new company which is in the process of being incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of MSSL (resulting company), and Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (SAMIL) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
